Shower and tub backed up, called home serve who sent out a tech, we verified the tub and shower were backed up, we then flushed both toilets, when we flushed the toilet next to the shower the shower let out a couple of large bubbles, then started flowing as normal, both shower and tub are draining fine now.

Coursy plumbing came out after we dined our claim. They got right to work and snaked out our drain lime. They did it quickly and thoroughly. They wrapped up said no paperwork was necessary and off they went.

I pay for a service and when I call for someone to come I expect you to send someone. After the technician makes a determination and it is not covered I understand. Why would I pay someone else to come out when I pay you every month.

The first technician was sent out quickly, thought he fixed the problem got it operating.Part failed the next day, another tech was sent out he was very attentive and understanding. He brought the part with him and fixed it in less than an hour!! Thank you Homeserve!!!
