First time I called the associate said we didn't qualify for the exterior line help because we didn't have interior line coverage. I would have to call a plumber to diagnose it was definitely an external issue. I called three very nice plumbers. Each one agreed over the phone that what I was describing was definitely a clog outside of the house. One agreed to come on the phone with homeserve if necessary. But the second associate understood the issue without the plumber on the call. Then we had to wait until the next day for service. I lost hours on the day of my first call. Overall we were without plumbing for MORE than 24 hours. It was difficult to say the least. Service plumber was great once they arrived. Total Plumbing arrived 24 hours after the first call.

The customer service reps were nice and knowledgeable. Scheduling service was easy. The plumber, Tucker from His and Hers LLC, was excellent! He was very friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. I couldn’t believe how fast he fixed the issue! Thanks.

The tech fixed my furnace problem, but I have a problem with my AC unit and according to your representatives your policy doesn’t cover what’s wrong with my AC unit but yet each month I pay you over and over and over again the payment that you desire I’ve paid you for years now and I asked for one time to get my air conditioner, replaced or repaired and you tell me it doesn’t cover that so no I’m not happy with your service at all and I’m looking at plans to go elsewhere soon, after years of loyal commitment to your company I asked you to repair one thing and you tell me no your policy doesn’t cover that but every month I spend $47 a month or so every month and you take it every month and now you tell me that you can’t repair it. Very unhappy and I am looking at other plans to get away from your company, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. You know you folks need to have some customer service classes because you stink in that area.
