I called HomeServe and explained twice that I had a broken pipe attached to my outdoor hydrant. The then sent a plumber from United Plumbing who informed me that that was not a item covered by HomeServe. Then they charged $250/h for the service to fix the pipe. I had a second service but they claimed I just needed to replace the toilet. I am pretty sure that it needs line cleaning, but they wouldn't budge. So instead of having my own plumber at $70/h repair the broken pipe I hugely overpaid. I think this is a rip off frankly and will have to consider if this is a good investment in the future.
