The repairman came to my house right on time. He had a little trouble locating my drain but found it and immediately went to work. It took two test runs to locate the exact problem. Everything seems to be working well for now. The best part was that all of the work was covered by my insurance!

Home serve responded quickly and the contractor was out that afternoon to check everything out. As usual we are very happy with the service we have gotten from home serve.

Customer service was exceptional! My call was answered right away. I didn't have to talk to a machine. The response to my claim was also processed quickly and efficiently. This was my second time contacting Home Serve in reference to a claim and they did not disappoint. So glad I decided to sign up!

The first contractor you put me in contact with, never showed. The second one came and estimated and is not answering his phone so I can schedule work. What kind of people do you deal with??!!
