The provider that was provided where considerably to high of a cost to replace a water heater that cost way under a $1,000.00 that would be provided by this Insurance. A replacement water heater cost about $600 - $700 for a 40-gallon tank, I'm not understanding why a second opinion would take money from the insurance due to you only using one company for our services that we receive from HomeServe??? This experience has been very challenging and upsetting... Nevertheless, I will have to keep the Insurance due to my other experience with HomeServe being Excellent in the past... A repairman came to the house and said I had to go under the house and get rid of the mud under the house which was created by the busted water line that I called them to repair.
