The initial phone call and contact with the CSR was very professional. A contracted HVAC company was dispatched and we received a service call the same day. The actual service provider said the AC unit was beyond repair. The only option was to replace the unit. Well- 2 days later I went outside and noticed a leaking substance and the caps were still removed.

I still have not received my &75 company receipt from work scheduled by home serve.The plumbing company had to come out twice… the first time the “fixed it”. The. Plumber left. The shower leaked still. I had to call to reopen the ticket. Then, Hours later the same guy came back and repaired it. Blamed it on a part that did not work. Repairs took all day.
