liars and deceivers paying for years and then told I am not covered Make excuses for coverage protection and lie about results that their own service representatives submit. This is nothing but a scam and a way of cheating the public and senior citizens out of their hard earned money They should be looked into by the BBB and put out of business

The pluming issue happen on Easter Sunday, April 9, 20223 I called Homeserv and they could not get a Plummer out to the following Tuesday. I was instructed that I could get my own Plummer and they would reimburse the funds. Once I called back, I was told that I could not get reimburse because the Plummer I used is not their network.

My problem was resolved . The plumber wasVery considerate by putting covers over his shoes when walking through my home.He explained exactly what he was going to do to unclog the toilet. My issue was resolved within minutes. Very professional

The technician kept me informed every step of the way on the day of the appointment. When he arrived, he immediately provided identification and started to work. He thoroughly investigated the problem and identified the issue, a burned out breaker - easy fix! He replaced the breaker and was on his way. It was a pleasant, professional experience from start to finish.

The plumber that arrived did nothing to free the kitchen drain from clogging. I will have to schedule another visit.
