They arrived when promised and after I showed them the problem (2 leaking pipes) fixed them and even performed a couple of other tests on my lines to make sure they worked properly.

The administrative handling was professional, timely and sensitive ti my needs. The problem is te service provider, he did not o his job in a compitent matter. Don’t be surprised if this issue isn’t again, sorry for the doubts.

The operators at HomeServe were outstanding as they attempted to contact several plumbing companies to respond and repair a broken water line. The line break was discovered Friday morning but not repaired until Monday morning. Apparently firms that advertise as responding to 24-7 emergencies do not really work on weekends. The repairs have now been made. I deem my experience with HomeServe as positive.

Five return service calls, and still not fixed after one month

The service was first rate. I only mentioned I thought my drainage system might be clogged and the repairman was out to my home first thing the next day.

Upon call to Home Serve, a plumber was promptly sent to my home to fix leak and replace valve. Great job! Aero Plumbing techs were polite, knowledgeable and promptly resolved my issue within an hour of contacting you. They did a great job!
