Having never experienced a major plumbing issue before, I depended solely upon the expertise and professionalism of the Home Serve service representative, A.J. Plumbing LLC.AJ Plumbing was able to determine the problem and a resolution to the problem. They were very patient with me and explained each step of the process (in a manner that as a lay person, I could understand).I was very pleased with the immediacy in which Home Serve dispatched someone to investigate/address the problem, even though it occurred very late on a Friday evening.

I called the day before they showed up the next morning. Theywere in and out took Maybe 45 minutes to complete the job. I've had them come out years ago for a kitchen sink clogged up same ordeal fixed it no time. Very friendly gentleman I would advise getting this warranty because it pays off.

My repair was done in a timely, professional manner. I am so happy that I have HomeServe, and while I hope I won't need you any time soon, I know that if I do I will be well taken care of!

It took 3 days to get urgent service for my AC. Then, of course after taking my money for years, the freeon needed was NOT covered! What a waste.

My contract states refrigerant is covered, yet you manage to weasel out claiming the coils were under warranty and thus you have no responsibility for paying for the refrigerant. My warranty on the AC system runs out in a couple months. Had I waited, it would have cost HomeServe a LOT more. I think my home warranty is basically worthless.
