We reported a major sewer line plug-up on Thursday am and 24 hours later two plumbers from local PlumbSmart in Asheville, NC arrived, confirmed and diagnosed the problem, roto-rooted our 175ft. sewer line and restored full service. Direct bill to Home Serve. We are satisfied customers. Thanks.

Response time was very good but service was not. Plumber was advised the clean out was in the garage and insisted on going through the kitchen sink access. About four hours later he advised he had heard it clear. He was loading his truck when I went in the garage and saw the disaster. He broke the pipes in the two joints - flooding the furnace room, ceiling area and 3/4 of the Garage with grey water. A plugged sink drain is over $10,000.00 in repairs !He looked and said, "Oh, your pipes must be bad and left saying someone would call." I'm sure the four hours of powered snake activity contributed greatly. I called our regular plumber and never heard from the Homeserve folks until we called them the following day. Two weeks later I'm still dealing with the damage !!
