When I called the customer service number, I was able to speak to someone who advised me what was going to happen and that if it did not, to call them back to make sure our problem would be resolved. I did not have to call them back. The contractor called and set up a time and they were there in the window provided. He assessed the situation and completed the work within an hour and resolve the problem. Very efficient and very personable. Thank you.

Home serve sent out an approved technician to look at my issue and it was resolved quickly and done correctly with no issues.

After reporting a claim, I was never contacted by anyone from Home Serve. I had to initiate every contact with Home Serve. It took Home Serve a week to determine that my claim was not covered. Again, I had to initiate the contact with Home Serve to learn that my claim had been denied. That is why Home Serve received a Poor Performance from me.
