Everytime I call for service I cannot seem to get anyone in my area and the people that is chosen lives over an hour away and do not show up. I explain that to the rep everytime and they do the same thing.

your response was great but the company you sent didn't have to do anything because the trouble was not the drain it was a crack in the shower wall, so i patched it myself. thank you

It worked for about a week and now the system is sluggish and are stopped up again. We've not been at home hardly at all this week and didn't realize the fix last week wasn't working.
