I was disappointed because I didn't know my contract only covered parts, and not the whole hot water tank. So then I had to borrow the $560.00 from my good friend. If it wasn't for John we would have had to take cold showers.

Home Builder Appliances tried to fix my dryer, but unfortunately, they could not. I did have to buy a new Whirlpool dryer. Their technicians were very conscientious and worked hard to find a solution. It did take awhile but they were very good and personable.

First of all I did not get a repair. I have been trying to obtain documents of the protection plans I currently have. After 3 attempts since July 17, 2026, I still have NOT received them.Very dissatisfied!!!

I have to say it was one of the best services I received from the company. The technician was very professional. He arrived on time, asked what the problem was, and went straight to check the issue and fix it. He didn't engage in any small talk or recommend any products from his company that I could pay for. It was a great service!
