I did not ask for the $500 reimbursement! The whole bill should have been reimbursed. But $500 is better than nothing! And hard to say no when you hand out $900 to to purchase the items and have it installed after 3 1/2 days for water!!! Bad Bad experience!!

Each time I have contacted HomeServe concerning a problem confronted with in my home, the response has been Excellent and the service received as well. The largest plumbing problem I faced was handled in such an appropriate way I called and told a HomeServe representative how pleased I was.i am very Grateful and Thankful that I have the type of Coverage I have with HomeServe!

The plumber was great. The drip is still there - I think there may be more work needed. I have hesitated because I don't have a lot of free time. Will call tomorrow morning to follow up.

The automated service did not provide the options I needed.Called back and spoke directly to a representative who canceled the automated appointment and got it set up with a preferred company.

My stove went out and choice warranty got a technician right away but technician they supposed to come over cancelled 3 times so I called for a new technician we will see how that goes I been with out a oven since October 5 th
