They were able to give me a window time for same day service and came during that time. They snaked the sewer line and stayed to make sure the problem was fixed. They said it was greasy. Wish I knew the cause. When they left they cleaned up after themselves.

The contractor that was referred to us called us the same day our claim was filed. A repair man came the next day and took care of our problem. That was the fastest response we ever had with needing plumbing repair done at our house. My sister and I are very grateful to Home Serve for their service and professionalism. Thank you!

The technician was thoughtful, he brought his own shoe covers to ware inside the house. He fixed the light switch problem quickly and checked thoroughly to make sure the problem was gone.

The first plumber "listened" to the water flow in the drain and said that it sounded fine so the 2" of water in my floor must have been caused by my old washer. So, I bought a new washer.that I could I'll afford and it turned out to be the drain.Home Serve sent a second plumber who was great but I went through a lot of trouble.
