I had water backed up in my basement and still do. Had plumbers here twice and couldn't clear it. Was then told by HomeServe representative they wouldn't cover the next solution. This is wrong, was told my problem would be solved, it was not. HomeServe lied to me. Not happy with them at all and considering dropping all coverages and complaining to the BBB and online reviews.

The plumbers came to my property and did not address my sewer problems. They informed me that the water drainage system running through my backyard was owed by Cranberry Township. I met today with the State Representative Assistant who will investigate with the Township to determine the owner of the drainage system. I will contact HomeServe after a determination is made. Thank you.
