I am still waiting to hear about the incident at 3107 Carlisle St, Bedford with Lee at Crawford Plumbing who was sent there to repair a toilet and ended up cutting a hole in my wall and installing a $667 kitchen faucet. I called Crawford. They told me to take it up with Homeserve. Homeserve escalated it to a mananger who told me that it would take 48 business hours. That was a week ago.. Please let me know about this issue.. 817-800-6595
