The only issue was my first initial call to Home Serve on Saturday, 3/25, at 1104. the home server operator that I spoke to took all of my information, but failed to complete the work order. When I called back in on the same day at 1404 and spoke to Shakira, she was excellent. She advised me that my original call did not go through due to the operators failure and she created my work order and giving me the job number. The only issue with that is it was so late in the day I did not receive a call from my contractor, so I called back in on Sunday, March 26 and spoke to Ashley who followed up and was able to get a contractor to call me. The contractor was very professional when he arrived at my home and completed my service in a timely manner. he was excellent. Ashley and Shakira are excellent as well . Thank you for your service on my hot water issue.

Great experience. However, I still have a leak. I do not know where the leak is coming from. I am taking a few measures to seal the tub floor and a few areas in the tub per the Plumber. The Plumber did not know where the leak was coming from either.

very unsatisfied. the repairman was evry rude. i asked him to check plugs. he looked and didnt check them with the monitor. said they were ok. he said he couldnt fix the ceiling light. he said the switch work , i tried to explain they didnt work together. flames came out of the ceiling and i removed that box around it and threw it out. i didnt know it was needed but you terms and condition says that if its in the same place they repair. he said it wasnt up to code because that silver box wasnt there. that's not what your terms say. it says they cannot move it. i'm usually very satisfied with the repairmen you send . this was the first time.

We had a sewer main backup on a Sunday afternoon. Home Serve had their contracted Excavating company out within 2 hours and they got the issue cleared out. All covered, no cost to us! So glad we had this protection!

Great Customer Service. I called to report a leak on Saturday and was contacted by RBTravis Plumbing to schedule a repair 1st thing Sunday am. The technician was friendly and professional. He took care of the leak within a short amount of time and were restored water use.
