the person you sent did not know anything about ovens in an electric stove. He made the oven 50 degrees lower than it should be. If I want the oven 425 , the time for most Pizza. I have to set it just before 500. He also told methat the oven has to be very hot, because when the oven door opens some heat goes out, when putting in some food and then it regulates itself. No way! If the oven is too hot it burns the food. All the phone numbers do not connect to making an appointment and one repeats itself over and over in Spanish.
