We called for a slow drain in our furnace room late in the afternoon, and Max arrived the next morning at the expected time. He was Knowles, professional, thorough and fixed the problem promptly. He cleaned up after…outstanding service!

At first, when I called someone hung up on me and I was vey dissapointed. When I called back the next person was helpful and they had someone there within a half hour and the jub was finished in under an hour. Floyd Hanson (the technician) was great. Thank you.

Overall very good. Only one issue as the first company you called declined the job and there was a three hour delay until you contacted another contractor. Delay may have been more if we did not call. Communication was very good as well as the response on the phone.
