I called on the day I knew I had a problem. You didn’t come until the next day. The guys that came out were excellent. Very disappointing since I will receive a very high bill from the water department

The service and the staff were great on my washer that had too be replaced. Had a new one in 4 days. Check is on the way. Very fast so glad I have this plan.

Not happy with the response time for repair. Reimbursement process is even longer. I’ve been waiting for for 6 weeks to be reimbursed.

Our furnace would not start. The repairman from Cropp Metcalf was here the afternoon we called. He made some adjustments and advised us that the age of the furnace was such that it might not last much longer. No problems since he was here. Very happy with the service.
