I called the first time on October 5. Someone dropped the ball and no plumber was assigned/or accepted the job to unclog the basement drain. I called back on October 10 and was assigned to a plumbing company and was able to set up an appointment to have the basement drain unplugged. So far no problems with the basement drain backing up.
