I keep calling for the same problem but all you want to do is put a bandaid on it and not make a true repair. I'm paying a lot of money for the insurance but I get no peace of mind whatsoever.

The response from HomeServe is exemplary. You call and report the problem, and the agent takes care of everything immediately. In my situation, the plumbing company contacted me via email and phone call within 24 business hours, and had my appointment scheduled same day. Approval for the work order is quick, and HomeServe takes complete care of the cost of the repair. They are also very good about keeping you informed of the progress of the claim from start to finish. I am so pleased with HomeServe that I have several repair policies. The service is the best, and the cost of the coverage is so affordable.

I'm giving a poor rating because after multiple request to send another company out to service my central unit than the company that had been previously sent, it was ignored. After being told one would follow up in 24 to 48 hrs. (did not happen) until on my 4th to 5th attempt after 3 weeks with no heat I was able to speak with a lead on one day but nothing happened then on my 5th call I was able to speak with someone else, who apologized and assisted me on the same day. This could have been handled sooner if my concerns were addressed previously.
