Ian Barbour was the technician who came and replaced our hot water heater. He called the previous day and wanted pictures of the hot water heater that he was going to replace so that he made sure he had everything he needed in his truck before coming to our home. he took out the old water heater and put in a new one. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Ian was very polite while here. If needed again, I would not hesitate to call him for service. Thank you Home Serve for sending Ian to us for service. I ' m very upset with the fact I had to pay an additional $350. for " changes " to install when he decided to put the valve hook up to the back of the water heater on the wall to the dining room and the ac unit to the house and at the back that would include the water heater and garage!!! The previous hook up was vent to a pipe to the front porch so water would go outside with no problem and everything was there and just needed a straight about 12 inch pipe to hook up !!! He cut the big pipe off and took it. I want this to be corrected. This is a company that you sent that I HAD to use and I ended up with having to pay $350. for something that now has to be corrected and will cost more as he took that 4 foot pipe with him!!! I would appreciate a correction on this problem. He also wanted to put in a lever for shutting it off instead of what was on it for another$125 what a total rip this is!!! Certainly nothing to be proud about!!!

He was very courteous and kept us informed of his arrival time. He explained how the toilet works and how to tell if the toilet is wasting water. He left everything clean and put clean insulation back in where he had to tear it out. Luckily we had extra so he could do that. A pleasure to have him be our service guy. Thank you!

our water line broke just before the meter.... called to have the water shut off and a little later the city came and shut it off.... then the man came to access the situation and fix it. He fixed it and then we had water again. It was done in a reasonable bit of time. The man who came to fix it was friendly.
