Trying to get a return call was an absolute joke. Finally after 32 HOURS we got a call back within the "2-hour" window after calling SIX times. My timer had 26 minutes before I was going to call again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Very pleased with the quick turnaround. I was very pleased with how quickly home serve located a plumber and responded to our issue. While it turned out that the leak was not from the main line coming onto the property and into our home, we didn't know that when we initiated a service call. I was also pleased with the communications with Home Serve and the plumbing company used for our matter.

Promptly available to send service; however, the contractor set up was from another state and would not work for me to have to wait three days without power. Called Homeserve and they promptly got a contractor near me and was here within 2 hours. Glad to have Homeserve for unplanned needs and have it promptly resolved when an urgent resolution is needed.
