The call for help with an electrical problem was handled fast and efficiently. Even though the contractor indicated he would not be able to get to us until the following day, he finished up another job and came right over as soon as he was free! Once here the electricians listened to my problem, immediately start trouble shooting, found the issue and fixed the problem with an hour! Great service and great communication throughout the entire process! Beyond worth the monthly fee through the electric bill!

The contractor made a mistake regarding getting authorization first before starting work. The work that was done would not have been authorized and the young man spent 1-1/2 hrs. resolving the problem which was my Nest thermostat rather than the furnace.I'm somewhat disappointed that a minor thermostat repair would not be covered by your company. I understand that more complicated electronic boards would not, but something as minor as a thermostat should be covered, in my opinion.Therefore, the 4-star rating. I will say, however, that your representative handled the problem in a very professional way and explained everything thoroughly even going to bat for me, an 83-year-old senior, when I asked that he plead my case with the contractor, as it was the contractor's mistake in regards to getting approval first. At this point, I have not been charged by the contractor.
