The Electrician was knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem without any complications. He was finished in about 45 minutes.

Called emergency number they contacted the right people for the job and Ben from Barney Jordan plumbing got it done very professional manner. The contact lady from Homeserve was very helpful in this matter and i apologize for not remembering her name. Thank you Homeserve for having good customer service reps.

The service provider has been professional and did a good job. However, it was sad that they opened a hole in my dry wall and could not patch it back, claiming that it was not within the coverage. I have to get another handiman to come do the job at my own cost. I know it is part of the insurance contract but this part of it left a bitter taste for me on my insurer.

I had a stopped up sink in a bathroom, that the contractor was able to fix. While they were there, they found a leak at the sink in another bathroom, and repaired that as well. I am very happy with the experience, although now I need to find someone to repair the two walls that had to be cut into for the repairs.
