I requested to speak with a supervisor 3 times and as of yet none have called me back. Your customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Either you just don't care or your people are way in over their heads. I even left a message with the CEO of the company and still I did not receive a call back. So the issues clearly stem from the top down. No excuse for not dealing with your customers, it just shows what this company really cares about.

I still have the problem of leaking pipe in basement. It happens when I pour water in the sink in the kitchen. Problem not solved
