Young man was great with the whole experience. He was polite and explained everything he found. What I thought was the one plug turned out to be a totally different one. He even took the time to explain the issue and how he had done the repair. He also made sure he cleaned up after he was finished. I am very pleased with this experience and would highly recommend.

The contractor (United Plumbing) did an excellent job. However, they discovered an issue with the kitchen sink drain line and the pipe needs to be replaced. They called into HomeServe for an authorization to do the pipe replacement and it's been more than a week. I have been without the use of the kitchen sink for the entire time. Why is it taking so long to get this repair approved?

Ian Barbour was the technician who came and replaced our hot water heater. He called the previous day and wanted pictures of the hot water heater that he was going to replace so that he made sure he had everything he needed in his truck before coming to our home. he took out the old water heater and put in a new one. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Ian was very polite while here. If needed again, I would not hesitate to call him for service. Thank you Home Serve for sending Ian to us for service. Thank you Barbour Heating and Air Conditioning.
