This was my first time calling HomeServe for any reason and was very pleased with the response and the actual service. The representative who answered my call about my plumbing issue was very friendly and professional and proceeded t write u the order for a plumber to come out She answered a few of my questions and provided appt information for the following day. The plumber company came out the next day right on time. He texted on the way to let me know he would be arriving on time. Once on property, I explained the situation, he proceeded to bring his equipment and in less than a half an hour or so he had taken care of the problem. He too was very professional and diligent in doing his job. I was very pleasantly surprised on this first occasion using the service.

Everything was quick and efficient. I was amazed how quick everything was resolved.

The service man came on time and he even called before to let me know he is on the way to the house. He fixed the clog in the pipe send it has been working ever since. I am satisfied with the job he did. Thank you for responding right away to my call.
