Took too long for repair company to call and schedule appointment. Took too long to respond with solution to the microwave repair. Took too long to get the check because Home Repair said it cost more to repair than it was worth?????? I shouldn’t have to wait so long for repairs. What if it had been an item I need every day.

Had electric issues and the electrician come out that day, fixed everything, gave me advice for other things to look out for and explained what he was doing.

The amount of time that it took for a service to come was 3 weeks. I eventually had request a new service company. That team was not able to resolve the issue. I had to take additional steps and finally hired a contractor of my own to resolve the issue. Not what I had hoped for.
