First contractor showed up with a work order that was incorrect, took pictures, did nothing else and left. I called HomeServe to get someone competent. The next company called inquiring about a plugged toilet (it’s a leaking sink & dripping faucet) and stated they don’t fix those. I finally got HomeServe to agree to let me get a local plumber who came out the next day. I paid him and I’m still waiting for my reimbursement. Incompetence abounds…

The service was excellent and the price was exceptionally high. $1,850 to install a water heater (upon checking prices with other plumbers) was considerably higher than all other estimates.

I was very displeased with YOUR service. Not Houdini's. I did not receive the evice I needed becausse you all refused. I was told that unless my water heater wwas not giving me a problem you would not fix or replace. The heater is 23 yrs old with corroded pipes. I will be cancelling your service.

The plumber came on a weekend cleaned out my sewer line. Checked to make sure everything was working properly in less then an hour at no cost to me. I appreciate my insurance and Stan's Plumbing has always given my 70 year old plumbing good work.

The service was prompt. The people who came to fix our problem worked around a schedule to help us as we had a specific need! We are very happy with HomeServe and the plumbers they sent to fix our problem.

The first appointment was a no-show then I talked to him at the end of that day and he said they'd be here this morning between 8:00 and 9:00 no show so I just called and cancel the appointment and I'll just go to Home Depot at Lowe's and get some drain on pulling down
