I always receive great service from HomeServe. Before I even hang up from the initial phone call, I have received an email confirming that the claim has been filed. The service from the HomeServe contractor is also immediate. I am so happy with the response time after submitting a claim. The work is always completed to perfection and in a very timely manner. HomeServe takes very good care of their policy holders. I have no complaints, and highly recommend this company to everyone!

The job did not take long and he got the job done. The only issue was our window was between 5:00 - 6:00. He did not arrive until almost 7:00 and that was after we called to check on his ETA.
