Very prompt reply from "dispatch" office. Service tech called within 2 hours and arrived, correctly diagnosed, and repaired/solved the problem about an hour later. Srevice tech was clean, professional and courteous !

I am very happy to have a new water heater. The replacement was very prompt and was done within hours. The technician was very efficient and gave excellent service. When I called about the leaking they were at my home the next morning and had it done that day. It was such a relief to have this done and not to worry about more leaking.
