It would have been 5 stars if the second company you sent was the only responder. I reduced it one star because the first sewer company didn't have a strong enough snaking machine and couldn't clear the blockage. Because of that, we had to wait an additional day without running water and flushing toilets.The only reason i didn't deduct additional stars for this major inconvenience was because the technician from the second company was so knowledgeable and good at his profession.

The service was great. The technicians kept me appraised of their arrival time and were prompt and courteous. They did a great job. They were were professional and cleaned up after their work was completed. I would highly recommend them.

The two gentlemen were professional and friendly. They assessed what needed to be done and gave us a general understanding of what would be done. They estimated how long it would take and completed the work, including cleanup in just over half the time expected. They were A++!I would not hesitate recommending your service and in fact, already have to several friends and family members.
