I thought any issue that could not be resolved a new one (ceiling fan) would installed.I guess that is not the case. I was told thereother like companies that do such replacements.

It was Sunday night. I was expecting I would get service for my sewer line on the next business day (Monday), but no, you would arrange something on that night so my family would still be able to continue doing our daily activity at our home and not going to a hotel.Thank you for your help!!

Excellent service from the patient and understanding customer service representative, to the gentleman who were kind , give me updates on everything their were doing !
