I explained what was going on said it was thermostat which is not covered and I would have to pay $330 for the purchase and installation of a Honeywell non wifi $38 thermostat. Thermostat replaced fuse still blows and was without heat. They had to come out again and found out it was safety wires issue. I have heat now so I am grateful my house was 56 degrees for 4 days. All they said was we may have caught it same day if you paid the $330 to get the thermostat replaced. That means I would have paid for the splicing of the safety wires honestly. Billy apologized and was cool and professional.

I called Homeserve yesterday because I didn’t hear back from Core Electric to give me an update on the job and I gave them a call, they didn’t answer, so I decided to call you guy’s which hasn’t been started yet, the person I spoke with put me on hold to speak with Core electric and told me they spoke with them and they will give me a call back which they did, they told me someone will come by yesterday between 5-7 and they never showed up I called them this morning at 9 am they didn’t answer but received a text at 9:05 and stated they’re in a meeting and will give me a call back and it has been over an hour and a half so I’m not sure what is going on but I need someone to take care of the situation if not please contact me another company so that I can move on,
