Have been trying to have a MAJOR water leak going on 3 months now. There are so many hoops the plumbing company has to jump Thur. It’s never ending! I have a scheduled date for the plumbing company and there is always some. else they have to submit to home serve! You take my money every month without any problem so why can’t you stand behind your word and fix my leak

While it took two different visits by the plumbing contractor to resolve the line blockage problem, we were very happy to finally have our sewer line cleared and our toilets returned to operation by Travis Plumbing, who had been dispatched by Home Serve on both occasions.

The, the plumbers were excellent but unfortunately they will be back out in three more months home serve will not pay to fix the problem correctly. They keep on putting a Band-Aid on the problem.
