you always seem to accept the first response regardless of when they come out. 3 days is not acceptable for a broken toilet in our master bedroom. I had to call back and recommend someone that came the next morning. this happens all the time.

First of all, you came as quickly as possible. Plumber fixed the problem in the shortest possible time. Michael was very professional and courteous.

I received prompt response with an appointment, a call when the technicians were on the way, and one from them as they approached. They examined the damage and requested my agreement to an additional unit, then installed that with the replacement water heater. They cleaned up their work area. They explained what was done, how to monitor or to adjust it, and requested my signature to verify their work.

THIS IS A SCAM SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My heat was out so I called the number provided, I was told an appointment was made and I would be contacted shortly by the contractor. After a few hours I called again and talked to an agent, she said I was in the system and would be contacted. I was never contacted by anyone as the temperature continued to fall. The next morning, I called my own contractor and who responded immediately and my heat was restored. Later in the day the Homeserve contractor called and asked if I still needed service!!! I told him I waited all day and night for him without even a phone call and he hung up on me!!!!!!! I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND!!! I CALLED CORPORATE AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! THIS SERVICE SUCKS, ALL B.S.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was Very good and as expected from prvious experience. i expected based on my initial call I would receive service that same day. As it approached the end of the day and did not got a response, i called again and someone came and did the repair.Thank you.

Very professional and friendly

My heater was out, I live in Oklahoma and it was very cold weather. Home Serve got repairman out same day I called and was fixed!! Thank you Home Serve for helping my home home be warm again!
