We had a great company come out and check everything over. However, when we initially called the evening before at around 6:00 p.m. we were told not to run our heat pump. I am incapacitated after foot surgery and it was very cold that evening. No one said a thing about running the emergency heat, but luckily my husband knew to run the emergency heat and stay away from the heat pump. Before any advice is given please make sure that the person who answers that phone is well versed and procedures. If we had totally listened to the operator we would have been freezing all night or worse.

The technician was good and did a excellent job. He was on time and the work was timely he knew exactly what he was doing. I really love the work he did and my ceiling light is working great.
