Response to our service call was wonderful. The plumber was very efficient & personable. We are fortunate to have Home Serve as our "go to" contact when we have a plumbing problem. And, we are very fortunate to have 'Water Fixers' as the responding plumbing business.

You are holding up my repair because of an authorization issue. Escalated to President's office 2/22. It's 2/24 and no response.

Had a pipe issue about 2 weeks ago around superbowl weekend. We were scheduled for a later date for a plumber within the next 2 days. The following day the plumber was at our house. So grateful for the promptness and urgency of our situation. Thanks again.

My only compliant is the technician did not call prior to arriving thus making the call center have to call me. I did not care for this as I had left to go grab something to eat. I was only a short distance but it is called good customer service. Other than that the technician was polite and professional. There really was not problem other than he reported I needed to replace faucet to improve stream well I will have to use another plumber because he quoted me approximate $700 for new kitchen faucet. I do not give 5 star service for doing your job. 5 stars are for going above the norm in my opinion.

No one should have to wait months to get a appliance repaired or replaced for a fraction of what that appliance actually cost
