I had insurance on my Hot water heater. It started leaking and ended up being covered in full. The first contractor didn't get in touch with me for 2 days, so Homeserve contacted a 2nd one. They got back to me within 15 minutes and I was very happy with them. So other than the one contractor dropping the ball and not having hot water for a few days, I was very happy with everything.

Called when I got off work when I saw I had broken pipe and they had a gentleman call men within an hour and scheduled to come the next morning and I was all fixed. They were very kind. Was glad I received such fast response

My pilot light on my hot water heater went out on Tuesday, so I called for help. I was told the earliest They could help was on Thursday. I received a call from Pro Tech that same afternoon and they scheduled a time of 10:30 am. They repair man was delayed and arrived about 1:30 and got the pilot light lit in short order and all was well. I am 78 years old and cannot get down on the floor level to re-light the pilot light myself.
