Can’t say enough good about this entire process. From the first phone call about the problem to the completion of the repair was short and ideal. The technician that was sent out was able to communicate with us clearly. He problem solved efficiently and did not waste time. He was professional yet very personable. This insurance on our water line actually did what they claim they will do! I can’t imagine the bill we would have had to pay if we had not had this coverage. If you are wondering if you should get this coverage don’t waste another second call and get it - you will not be disappointed!

Response was prompt. The repairman explained what was wrong and what he would do to repair it. It was taken care of right then. Very pleased.
