I had a problem with gas leaking under the house. The gas company shut off the gas and I could not get a technician out for 3 days. So I had no heat no hot water and the temperatures got very cold. I called my own plumber to fix it the next day.

Excellent service! Easy to contact, quick response, courteous, professional, and very good communications with quick text status and calls. Homeserve warranty has really been worth it especially because of their great customer service! Highly recommend!

We have tried multiple times to reach out to your company when there has been an issue in our home. Your staff is very rude and lacks the information and knowledge needed. You charge a service fee before sending someone to the home to repair or inspect the problem and then don't refund the money if we don't have anyone come out to repair or inspect the issue.Most recently we had to replace our entire HVAC system and your company refuses to reimburse us because we didn't go through you first.You fail as a warranty company and we wish we never would have gone through you. Figure your values and morals out as a company. You don't care about your customer and their home, you care about keeping money in your pocket.

Initially the assigned company could not come because of staffing shortage. Thankfully, you we able to send another company out the same day to fix the problem.

My water heater had broken during the night and was beyond repair. It was insured by HomeServe. I called the next morning and I had a brand new water heater installed by 3pm. What a great service and I only had to pay a few hundred dollars for a new one.
