The young man spent quite a bit of time trying to get into the drain that was causing the blockage. He even used the shower drain.I had already told him where the outlets were located. He left a mess in our shower and trailed sewage through the house. He bumped my living room sofa with his nasty machine which was not big enough to reach the clog.Because my husband has Alzheimer's and we had been without a toilet and all facilities for over 24 hrs, I had to hire another plumber to clear the line. He wasn't here for 15 Minutes until the clog area was located. It was the area in the master bathroom and it was cleared through the outlet in one of the master closets. His machine was twice as large as the one that the plumber sent by HomeServe.This was the worse experience that we have had with HomeServe and I have always been thankful to have the service.Brian from K&S has always been the best!
