Called at midnight on Friday night; I was set up for an appointment on Saturday morning 8:00am . The contractor was excellent and the Home Serve rep was very helpful. Everything was done efficiently and on time .

I called to have my tub clog removed and you couldn't get a plumber out for 4 days. I find that unacceptable. You need to form more relationships with more plumbers so that you can get a plumber out the same day I call. Why am I paying you so much money year after year if when I actually need you, I can't get help for 4 days?! I ended up having to call a plumber on my own that could come out same-day. You need to step up your ability to actually be there for your customers when they need you.
