Initially called and spoke with an agent and I told him to please put my wife’s number in the work order so she’d be the one to get the call. He didn’t. We missed the opportunity to get my issue fixed the next day. I had to call again and go through the entire process again. All to realize that when the repair guy came to the house he couldn’t fix anything and I was still charged $75. Repair guy even said I don’t have to pay anything since he could not do any repairs.

The very young plumber from K and S plumbing missed a main part of the cause of the leak and prolonged our trouble and increased damage to the floor. He was very nice, neat, and polite but did not listen when I told him that the hot water shut off value was not working. He came back several days later to replace the hose. That did not correct the problem as there is a leak in the dishwasher and we needed to be able to shut off the water to it. It took several more days before he could come back to replace the value,. More days of water leaking. We had to turn the water off to the house at night and whenever we left the house because we could not put a large pan under the dishwasher to catch the water.

Excellent customer service by HomeServe and Presidio, the plumbing company contracted to fix the plumbing issue I had. All the team members I spoke with at HomeServe were great. Called on a Friday night and by Saturday at 2pm, the problem was resolved.
