The company that came out did even look at our furnace he just banged on it in a few places. Then went outside and came back in to show my husband a picture. He said the stack was leaning and cracked which isn't under warranty. I was referred to someone that might be able to fix it and was told that I would need a new furnace because of the age of mine. A friend of mine suggested I call and get a second option so I did. The gentleman that came out fixed the problem which was not the stack. I asked him about the Crack and he said there was NO Crack it was fine. Long story short the man that you sent out really didn't want to work because he told my husband he hoped it was a quick job because he wanted to get off work. I wont recommend that company to anyone!!
