As much money as we've given you thru the years I don't think we have ever used you. When we finally do your quote was higher than our regular A/C guy, looks like we will drop you when our term is up,

We were without heat during below freezing temperatures and HomeServe assigned our claim to a company that was out of business. I had to call multiple times to follow up with HomeServe. After a week, we were assigned to a vendor that resolved the claim. The vendor that came out to resolve our issue was great; I just wish HomeServe would have assigned us to that vendor first, instead of having us wait for a week without heat.

HomeServe gave me great support when my water line sprung a leak. They did all the scheduling and got it taken care of seamlessly. The work crew was very efficient and experienced. I recommend HomeServe plans for a great peace of mind.

No one showed up or called Under my sink is getting moldy now. Not understanding why you allowed Robert Lee to get involved again Rudy's took him off. Then no one came.I paid my money for insurance. I have noticed my water bill going up. Why? Do they not like me being honest?

My furnace quit on a Sunday, which I know is not the perfect time but you are supposed to provide 24-7 coverage. The lows at night were in the teens! I did not have a furnace until WEDNESDAY! This is not the first time I have had trouble with getting things fixed in a timely manner with your company. The people that came to fix it did a good job but it took them two trips and two days to fix it.
