Service rep was helpful, took a while to get contractor to respond as I asked for a specific contractor. The visit was scheduled and they arrived in the window scheduled and completed the job in about an hour. Everything was fine, but after they left, there was a minor problem with an acid tablet spill on my bathroom floor, they came back twice and got the problem resolved. Very professional and understanding. I would recommend them very well, prior to this, they replaced a defective water heater and that job was great also, which is why I requested them for this job.

The contractor was on time, and worked to resolve the clog quickly.My only complaint was that the contractor did not put anything down (drop cloth) on the bathroom floorbefore opening the pipe to unclog.
