Hot water heater blew up day before leaving town early next day. It was early (7am), but homeserve answered and within an hour and half someone was scheduled to service our call between 12 and four. At 2:00 we received a call that someone was coming in a half hour. That happened and everything was completed within an hour. We are so appreciative and relieved that it was completed so we could still go on our trip. Good things do happen.

I am on day 10 (TEN) of trying to get a plumber out here for a minor repair, I have had 5 scheduled appointments and all were no shows , no phone contact either. Customer service has had some rel problems, not documenting what was said on the phone and in a couple cases outright lying to me.I would like to talk to someone about this situation, I have been in and out of the deployment team and now have someone who is watching my case .

It took 4 days to get a provider only to be told it was getting rejected because they made wrong decision and after i got my own plumber causing damage to water heater and heating system, I was told it was approved and now I have to provide verification of what happened and receipts and I'm away on vacation.

I had three plumbers come to look at water leak and everyone did the same thing, before refusing to check or touch any pipes. I had to be the one to troubleshot the problem and even when I told the last plumber where the water was coming from, he acted as if HomeServe might cover the issue. I also called HomeServe while he was reporting the issue to Homesave. If I have to do the leg work, why do I need a plumber to come in and refuse to work. I am wasting money. So I am going to take a hard look into whether I should give the warranties I have with HomeServe. This is not the first time I had a plumbing issue that was refused and the issue is still ongoing. I believe it may be cheaper to hire a handyman instead. I am very disappointed and I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
